New season, new menu!
It is that time of the year again when the weather starts getting cooler and the trees shed their leaves. But Fall is also a time for us to change our menu, use seasonal ingredients and take you on to new culinary adventures. Creating a menu at Eat Me, requires numerous brainstorming activities with the team, annual trips to great food destinations (Barcelona, London, Amsterdam etc..) for further inspiration, an internal culinary competition, and endless kitchen trials and tastings. The whole process can take up to three months.
This year, we have decided to give a new twist to our menu creation process by inviting several food bloggers to try it in “avant première” and get their feedback and thoughtful insights. They spent an afternoon with us, making cocktails at the bar, watching a live demo by the Head Chef to learn how to make an exotic sea bream ceviche from scratch and finally ending with a complete degustation of new dishes for the seasonal menu. We were all very glad to host them and are looking forward to organizing more events of this kind!
Here are a couple of pictures 🙂
