As spring is blossoming around us, we are embracing the spirit of renewal! Embark on a new culinary journey of creativity as Chef Igor Bulanda unveils his latest recipes for the season. Be prepared for an exciting exploration tastes, textures and aromas, as you travel the world on small plates!

Experience New Aromas with our “Sultan of the Street” – succulent lamb skewers served with aromatic herbs! And, discover New Textures with our delectable “Roman Flower” which combines a crispy deep fried artichoke with a light creamy mousse for a new sensation with each bite!

Here are a couple of other Menu Highlights:

Rolling in the Deep – our delicious new crab roll – warm brioche bun filled with crabmeat seasoned with yogurt, Thai basil, ginger, and pickled chili peppers.

Vaca Brava – Inspired by Spanish cuisine, our new beef tartare comes with a potato mille-feuille, salsa brava and queso manchego.
