When we started Eat Me, our dream was simple: to build a restaurant that could host some of our favorite recipes from around the world and to create a space where a love for food could bring people together, no matter where they come from.
Over the last 12 years we have evolved, moving from a collection of inventive food souvenirs to our own journey of creativity and storytelling. It is no longer only about building on traditional recipes—it’s about making new discoveries and putting something new in every dish. We strive to take known flavors and play with them, creating something fresh and unexpected.
Still, at the core of what we do is the belief that food is meant to connect us. Every dish we serve has a piece of our story in it— an idea, an emotion, or just an inspiration. We want our guests to feel that connection, too, and to enjoy the experience of discovering something new alongside us.
