That moment is exactly what Apéro à Vie was made for. And on May 1st, we’re celebrating its first night at Eat Me Lausanne.

We’re opening our doors for an evening to mark the occasion. Stéphane Gros — winemaker, and someone whose work we’ve admired for a long time, will be with us to share his latest wines. We’ll be passing a selection of light bites to accompany. Entry is free and open to everyone.
It’s the kind of evening we love to host. Come as you are, bring someone you’ve been meaning to catch up with, and stay as long as the night takes you.
What is Apéro à Vie?
Apéro à Vie is a membership programme born at Ta Cave — one of Lausanne’s most beloved wine destinations — built on a simple conviction: that the best moments are shared. When they invited us to join the adventure, it was an easy decision. We added our own signature: a cocktail for life, alongside the wine.
