The Goût de/ Good France is a worldwide gastronomic event organized on the initiative of Alain Ducasse and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development.
For the third consecutive year, on Tuesday, 21 March 2017, Goût de / Good France will bring together over 2,000 chefs on five continents to celebrate French gastronomy. The organisation creates a dialogue within different cultures by providing them with a common language… that of French cuisine.
For this special occasion and in line with our core concept at Eat Me, our Executive Chef, Thomas Olive, has created a menu of “small plates” drawing inspiration from French regions using exclusively French techniques and seasonal fresh products. It is our way to celebrate and share with you one of the most significant culinary inspirations that inspire us.
